Renaissance Faire Pictures

Crossroads European Renaissance Festival

This fair had a German influence to it. It was fun to visit and hosted by the Baron. There were small stages scattered about which presented dancing, singing and short skits. There were, of course, shops with treasures and games to entertain everybody. The following photos were taken with a Canon digital camera and sized for quicker downloading. The ladies in these photos are dancing with hankerchiefs. This is apparently a Morris Dance. The dance is performed mostly in the Cotswold region of England. Thanks to B. Griffith for the information.
